I am inviting you to revel in your sensuality. Spend some time exploring your responsiveness. Discover the types of touch that bring you the most pleasure.
Allow yourself the spaciousness to enjoy your body. It was designed for pleasure.
After you've delved into your pleasure and desire, journal about your discoveries. Here's why I consistently ask you to journal. Writing anchors in the experience in your subconscious mind. You are actually programming your mind to fully embrace your desires and sensuality. You are reinforcing it for yourself.
This isn't a one-time thing, you should begin to have regular pleasure dates with yourself on a weekly basis.
